The Russian team is headed by Dr. Sergey Bartalev, Head of Terrestrial Ecosystems Research, Space Research Institute (IKI), Russian Academy of Science and six other members. The title of the project is “Development of methods for in-season monitoring of sugarcane crop in Peninsular India using Earth Observations for precision water and nitrogen management.” |
